From a mapped field
to a finished treatment
ZetaLabs puts farmers, pilots, agronomists and suppliers on the same platform. The price is worked out before anyone flies.
Access is by invitation. We write when your account opens.
Request the treatment and know what you’re paying for.
Field monitoring
CompletedCrop treatment
RefundedOn verifiable ground
- Licence-verified pilots
- Traceable payments
- Full history on every mission
- GDPR compliant
Today a treatment costs phone calls.
You call the pilot you know, get a price over the phone, check licences by hand, and source the chemicals somewhere else entirely. Afterwards nobody has a record of what was sprayed, on which field, or when.
What if it worked differently?
A different approach
Not a supplier.
A supply chain.
Map the field, request the treatment, get a price, follow the flight, and receive the products from the supplier covering your province. One place, and every step stays on the record.
The platform
Six things you stop doing by hand
Fields
Map your fields
Perimeter on the map, crop, area. Every mission starts from a real field rather than a description over the phone.
Monitoring
Look before you treat
NDVI, NDRE, GNDVI and NDWI by zone, on the perimeter you drew. See where the crop is struggling before it shows.
Dispatch
The right pilot, not the nearest
Licences, distance, workload, weather, responsiveness and fairness. Every assignment has a reason, and you can read it.
Pricing
A price before the flight
Litres sprayed and chemicals, line by line, before you confirm. No verbal quotes and no surprises at the end of the season.
Chemicals
Products from your local supplier
The supplier covering the field’s province ships the products. Bottles that stay sealed go back.
Payments
Deposit, balance, refunds
Half on confirmation, half once the treatment is done. Cancelling costs nothing, and every refund leaves a trace.
It starts with the field, not a form
Draw the boundary, name the crop, and that field becomes the starting point for every treatment and every scan you run over it.
See field mappingYou draw the perimeter
Point by point on the map. Area and coordinates work themselves out, and stay attached to the field for good.
Indices by zone, not by field
NDVI, NDRE, GNDVI and NDWI show which parts of the field are struggling, so you treat where it matters instead of everywhere.
Treatment proposal
Awaiting the customerYour agronomist can propose
An agronomist assigned to the field prepares the mission for you. It waits until you approve it.
Not the nearest. The right one.
Who may fly over your field is settled by a check, not a phone call. And among those who may, the choice accounts for who has had less work.
See dispatchFirst, who may fly
Five active licences that aren’t about to expire, at least one available drone, and the standing to be paid. Anyone short of that never appears as a candidate.
Then, why that one
Distance, rating, missions already booked, weather and how fast they reply. Fairness outweighs every other factor: pilots offered less work move up.
Arrival and flight log
The pilot confirms arrival on site, not from home. When the treatment ends, the flight log stays attached to the mission.
You know the cost before takeoff
The total is built from litres sprayed and chemicals, line by line, and it stays there while you decide. Change your mind and you don’t pay for having done so.

Half now, half when it’s done
Deposit on confirmation, balance only once the treatment is complete. You don’t pay up front for work that hasn’t happened.
Cancelled treatment
CancelledCancelling is free
Pilots are paid from your own payment, never from platform funds. Cancel and there is nothing to compensate — so there is no penalty to withhold.
Bottle return
RefundedBottles back, money back
Anything unopened goes back to the supplier, who inspects it and refunds bottle by bottle.
Four different trades
Who it’s for
An aerial treatment involves four parties who currently coordinate by phone. Each comes through the same door and sees their own work.
Farmer
Request the treatment and know what you’re paying for.
Map your fields, request treatments, see the price before confirming, and follow the mission through to the flight log.
- Fields and crops in one place
- A price before you confirm
- History on every treatment
Pilot
Work reaches you without chasing it.
Offers arrive one at a time, you propose your price within a band, and you’re paid from the customer’s own payment.
- One offer at a time, not a race
- Your price, within a band
- Less work means a higher ranking
Agronomist
Follow the fields in your care.
You’re assigned to your clients’ fields, prepare missions on their behalf, and leave the final word to them.
- Assigned per field
- Missions you prepare
- Approval always rests with the client
Supplier
Your province, your orders.
You are the sole supplier for your province. Orders arrive from treatments, you ship the products and handle returns.
- Exclusive to your province
- Orders that come from treatments
- Returns and refunds per bottle
Nothing to install
The first ten minutes
- Create the farm
- Draw your first field’s perimeter
- Name the crop
- Request a treatment
- Pick a product from your province’s catalogue
- Set the dose per hectare
- Receive the price offer
- Confirm and pay the deposit
- Follow the pilot to the field
Compliance
Rules aren’t a badge to display
Aerial spraying regulations and data protection aren’t a footnote at the bottom of the page. They’re the reason certain things simply cannot be done inside the platform.
- A pilot without valid licences never appears as a candidate. It isn’t a warning, it’s an exclusion.
- A paid mission cannot be deleted. Cancelled or refunded, it stays on the record.
- A customer can request a refund, but only an administrator can execute one.
- Consent, retention and erasure follow the GDPR. Communications that require it go through certified mail.
FAQ
What people ask us
How does early access work?
Access is by invitation. Leave us your email, your role and the province you work in, and we’ll write when your account opens. Nothing else.
How is the price calculated?
From the field’s area and the litres sprayed per hectare, plus the chemicals you choose. You see each line and the total before confirming — no verbal quotes.
What happens if I cancel?
No penalty. Pilots are paid from the customer’s own payment and never from platform funds, so a cancelled treatment leaves nothing to compensate.
Where do you operate?
We’re opening gradually, province by province, because each area has its own supplier. Tell us yours in the access request and we’ll say where we are.
How do I become a pilot?
You need five active licences that aren’t close to expiry, at least one operational drone, and the standing to receive payments. The check is automatic and ongoing, not one-off.
Who supplies the chemicals?
The single supplier covering the field’s province. They ship the products, and any bottles left sealed can be returned for a per-bottle refund.
What happens to my data?
Your fields, missions and payments stay yours. We handle data under the GDPR, with explicit consent and defined retention periods, and you can request an export or erasure.
